SubFly

Terms of Service

Updated 21 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and SubFly for using SubFly. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

Keep your login details private - you're responsible for activity on your account. You must give a valid email address and be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Your content

You keep all rights to the subtitle files you upload and the translations we produce for you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Only upload files you have the right to translate - for example your own work, licensed material, or content you're authorised to localise.

Acceptable use

Don't use SubFly to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malware, overload or probe the service, resell access without permission, or get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI translations

Translations are produced by AI models. They are usually good, but they can be wrong, awkward, or inconsistent. Review translations before you publish them; you're responsible for what you publish.

Your own API keys

On plans where you bring your own Gemini key, Google bills that usage to you under Google's own terms. We aren't responsible for charges or limits Google applies to your key.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices can change - we'll tell you before a change affects your next renewal. Refunds are covered by the refund & cancellation policy.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

Ending your use

You can stop using SubFly and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll notify you before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
